How are we doing? Tell us what you think about XeloQ Communications

Every now and then we launch a small survey to measure our Customer's experience and Customer's satisfaction.

So now it is time for that and why not use our brand new Blog for this?

So, XeloQ customers all around the world; tell us: How are we doing?

What do you like about XeloQ? What do you dislike? Why did you come to XeloQ? Were you referred to us or found us yourself on the Internet?

Do you understand what we deliver? Is all clear? If you were our webmaster, would you change our website? Why? What would you change? Did you already talk to our support or customer service? And did you like that? Or not?


Just tell us.....but be polite otherwise your Post will be removed.

As we do every 6 months (what normally was done by an email survey), we listen to you and try to change or / and improve our services and the way we interact with our customers.

  1. After I started using xeloq like 3 years ago I lowered my monthly expenses on telecommunications with like 50%. Most important is timprovement in our accesability. When we travel we can take our phone with us and when we are called we are always reachable. We have no problems using xeloq and are a very happy customer.

  2. tried your service and found that your quality is not as good as Nomado and coverage not as good as voipbuster. other than that we use the account rarely as nomado offers cheaper DID numbers throughout Europe.

    We have been using Xeloq services on reseller level for some months now.
    We have our own website that we just are getting up to complete .
    The general quality of the calls, as far as I can judge, is quite good. I give Xeloq Premium services 5 out of 6 for the outstanding general quality that our clients and all of us are given here.
    We are using access numbers in many countries, and it is also functioning real OK. Clients are happy! The only wish to be raised here is that Xeloq can repair the IVR that starts any incoming access call with "Error 7" if connection are ok and the call are beeing transferred correctly.
    Also I want to point out that the price level per second is quite good!
    Nobody can compete with free minutes calls...
    We made Xeloq our choice for Quality and price.

  4. @ Erik; thanks for your nice comments. We fixed the Error 7 over the weekend so you can enjoy the Calling Card system again. Thanks for mentioning (it only happened in rare occasions)
